NHEO Rotational Program

NHEO’s Rotation Program provides a unique opportunity for highly talented individuals. During the 13 weeks program, participants take on assignments while receiving maximum exposure to the organization's core practices, technologies and leaders.

The main objective of NHEO Rotational Program is to help students enhance their overall skill sets to improve their employability level to match industry expectations, as well as teach them more about what it takes to work in a highly and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

NHEO partners with top universities that encourage and inspire a student's entrepreneurial spirit. Students will practically learn how to:

Stand out from the crowd: Students will energize their career – working with NHEO will be a great asset, because we have an experiential approach of education.
Experience social entrepreneurship: Students will get involved in real-life activities – projects that will sharpen their skills and knowledge.
Showcase your skills: We are looking for candidates with creative and innovative minds.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Throughout the interviewing process, we look for several characteristics in all our candidates. We look for individuals who can balance competition and teamwork, intensity and integrity, intellectual curiosity and leadership potential. We’ve summarized some additional characteristics below.

Academic credit
NHEO will complete student performance evaluations required by a university so that a student can receive academic credit. We will also provide a letter for the university that confirms a student's planned participation as an intern, as well as a details regarding the student's roles and responsibilities.
