Registration Guidelines

REGISTRATION PROCESS: When you click on the "Go" button below, you will be redirected to the EventBrite Registration Form where you can register to attend the event.

ADVANCED REGISTRATION ONLY: NHEO Forum Atlanta is offered through advanced registration and payment only.  All registrations must be paid in full before March 31, 2010. The pricing for registrations At-the-Door on the day of the event will be shown on April 2, if space is available -- only payment by Check will be accepted.

FORM OF PAYMENT: Check or Credit Card (through EventBrite). You will receive an automatic Registration Confirmation and another one by e-mail for your records.

MAILING ADDRESS: Make Checks payable to: "NHEO, Inc." and mail to: NHEO, Inc., 500 Fifth West Street 524, Charlotte, NC 28202.

HOLD PERIOD: Checks must be received within 5 (five) days of submitting your online registration or it will be cancelled.

ACCESS TO THE FORUM: Please bring your Registration Confirmation to the Forum along with a Picture ID.  Your Forum Badge will be waiting for you in alphabetical order at the Registration Table.

SEATING: Seating at the seminars will be open. There will be no seating reservations other than those selected by NHEO, which will be clearly marked inside the Auditorium.

NO RECORDING/PHONE USE: Photography, taping or recording of the forum are not allowed in any format. 
You will be asked to turn your phone to mute.

Cancellations:

  • If you must cancel for any reason, it is mandatory you notify us in writing by March 22, 2010, for a refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be in writing, by email to info@nheo.org Cancellations within 17 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • You may transfer your registration to another person before March 22, 2010 by requesting authorization and notifying info@nheo.org.
  • Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, NHEO Inc. is limited to the return of paid registration fees.

  • Your registration information will not be shared with anyone or sold, according to our strict Privacy Policy.
