Since 2008, NHEO Institute has been on a mission to serve Hispanic communities. Based in Houston, our students and community members are the heart of our non-profit and our national footprint.

Advocacy. We influence the influencers. NHEO Institute works closely with the media, legislators and AEC companies to define and create progressive policies.
Education. We offer courses and certifications through our self-serve, digital portal for 24/7 learning. Young professionals can also take advantage of our internship programs.
Training. To develop Hispanics in the construction industry, we provide professional training, tools and resources.
Mentorship. Our community of seasoned professionals is eager to provide coaching and leadership advice -- particularly to women, minorities and young professionals.
